Lifesaving & First Aid [Volunteering]

Since 2011 I have been practicing lifesaving and first aid, going on to compete at a national level, become a volunteer instructor, and join the local patrol team.

I have competed in Lifesaving all over the country both in the pool, open water, and even in first aid, reaching Nationals twice. 

For several years I have provided safety cover with South Worcester Aquatic Rescue Service, at festivals, competitions, and more.

Alongside these I regularly give up my time to volunteer as an instructor and coach. I believe everyone should have the knowledge and skills to save themselves and others, particularly in such a wet place as The United Kingdom.
